The story
Lumina II uses a 1.1-inch DAD soft-dome tweeter on a visco-elastic decoupled baffle and a 5.9-inch midwoofer, crossed over at 1,800 Hz, in a vented cabinet. Like the rest of the range, it has a multilayer wood front, wood veneer and hand-applied black leather.
The larger midwoofer gives Lumina II more body and output than Lumina I, so it can fill a small-to-medium room. Bass is rated to 55 Hz; add a Gravis I subwoofer in larger rooms or for movies. At 86 dB and 4 Ω, it works with a good 30 to 150 W amplifier. For a refined crossover and gloss front panels, see the Lumina II Amator.
