Refund policy

 

This document pertains exclusively to orders placed through Pearl Audio's online e-commerce website pearlaudio.com.  See Terms of Service for definitions. This document does not pertain to in-store only items.  Return and Refund policies for those items are discussed in person at order time.


Returns and Refunds for Defective Merchandise:

For all online purchases, if the Purchaser receives a defective Product, they must contact Pearl Audio via email within seven days of receipt to initiate a Return for Defective Merchandise. 

Product must include all accessories, packaging, and manuals, and be shipped in the original box, including any double or triple outer box or palletizing as originally provided.

Upon determination of a defective product, Pearl Audio will source and send a new Product of matching model number, revision, and vintage. If a replacement product is unavailable or the buyer simply wishes a refund, Pearl Audio will initiate a refund, including original shipping to the Purchaser.


Returns and Refunds if not Fully Satisfied

If not fully satisfied with Product, Purchasers must contact Pearl Audio via email within 60 days of the Invoice date to initiate a return.

Products must include all accessories, packaging, and manuals, and be shipped in the original box, including any double or triple outer box or palletizing as originally provided. New Products must be undamaged, functional, salable, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Used items must be inthe  same condition as originally sold. Upon return, Pearl Audio will initiate a refund, excluding original shipping to the Purchaser.


Refund Deductions

Products returned with user or shipping damage, modifications, or missing items will have deductions taken based on reasonable value diminishment.
