Shipping policy

  1. Orders shall only be shipped to a physical location within the lower 48 United States, with all international re-shippers and FPO/APO excluded.
  2. Pearl Audio does not ship COD. 
  3. Orders over $250 require an adult signature upon delivery.
  4. Pearl Audio will insure for shipment all Orders valued at $250 and above. Should damage occur, it is the buyer's responsibility to resolve the shipment damage and obtain remuneration from the shipment company or entity. 
  5. Orders of $100 or more receive free ground shipping to the lower 48 United States via a carrier and shipping method of Pearl Audio Video's choice and discretion. FedEx, UPS, and USPS are most commonly used.
  6. The Purchaser may choose expedited shipping via a carrier of Pearl Audio Video's choice at the Purchaser's expense.
