- Pearl Audio will not resell customer information
- Pearl Audio will not store any customer credit card information on-site in writing or on any electronic system for which security is under Pearl Audio's direct control.
- Except for the Information Sharing Scenarios, Pearl Audio will not distribute any customer information, including name, email, telephone number, address, quotes, orders, or invoices, to any outside entity without the customer's express written permission.
- At the customer's written or verbal request, Pearl Audio will maintain the confidentiality of all information, including Information Sharing Scenarios.
Information Sharing Scenarios:
- Pearl Audio will share customer name, telephone number, email, Service Repair Order (SRO), and invoices with product manufacturers.
- Pearl Audio will share the name, email, and telephone number of the customer with third-party repair facilities as needed for product repair and support.
- Pearl Audio will share name, email, address, and telephone numbers with third-party subcontractors and shipping companies as needed.
