The story
Sonus faber lists this model as Lumina CI (Lumina Center I). Two 4.7-inch paper-cone midwoofers flank a 1.1-inch DAD soft-dome tweeter, which is mounted on a visco-elastic decoupled baffle. The cabinet is a 2-way vented design only 6.6 inches high, with a multilayer wood front, wood veneer and hand-applied black leather.
Sound & Vision tested it as the center of a Lumina III and Lumina I system and found the system crisply detailed with an open midrange. They noted that its off-axis response is limited, so aim it at the main seats. With its 65 Hz limit, set an 80 Hz subwoofer crossover as a starting point.
