The Lilium joins two cabinets. The lyre-shaped front, in hard walnut, holds a 1.1-inch DAD Arrow Point tweeter, a 7.1-inch midrange and three 7.1-inch woofers. The rear cabinet, wrapped in leather and internally reinforced, holds a 10.2-inch subwoofer. A tempered-glass top shaped like a lily reveals a passive radiator. Six binding posts separate the mid-high, low and sub sections.
The Absolute Sound's reviewer was struck by its purity and resolution, with a cooler, faster balance than older Sonus faber speakers. Secrets heard a huge, room-filling soundstage and low distortion. Its 92 dB sensitivity is efficient, but the 4 Ω load and 100 to 800 W rating call for a capable amplifier. It is built for large rooms.
