The story
The Uniti Nova is the all-in-one Naim builds for listeners who would otherwise buy separates. Its Class AB amplifier delivers 80 watts per channel; the streaming platform brings Roon Ready, Qobuz, TIDAL, Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Bluetooth and internet radio; two optical, one coaxial RCA and one BNC digital input take a disc player or television; and two DIN and two RCA analogue inputs serve a turntable with a phono stage or a tape deck. A headphone jack, subwoofer output and preamp output on 4-pin DIN round it off. Control is from the illuminated volume dial, the Zigbee remote or the Focal & Naim app.
Stereophile's Recommended Components summed it up as "definitely, effusively, highly recommended." The Nova is the system we suggest for Harbeth, Sonus faber Lumina or Bowers & Wilkins 700 Series in a living room; the Nova PE adds 150 watts of Class D power for larger speakers, and the Atom offers the same platform at 40 watts.
Uniti components are made in one finish, brushed aluminium with a black glass top.
