The story
The Uniti Atom packs the Uniti platform into a chassis 245 mm wide. It streams Roon, Qobuz, TIDAL, Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Bluetooth and internet radio; two optical and one coaxial digital input plus an HDMI connection bring in a television or disc player; and a stereo RCA input takes an analogue source. The Class AB amplifier delivers 40 watts per channel, with a sub/pre output and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The illuminated volume dial, Zigbee remote and Focal & Naim app control it, and Party Mode syncs it with other Naim streamers.
Home Theater HiFi's Best of 2021 citation said it "sounds as good as anything I've tested." The Atom is the right system for a den, office or bedroom with efficient speakers such as Harbeth P3ESR or Sonus faber Lumina II; for larger rooms step up to the Nova.
Uniti components are made in one finish, brushed aluminium with a black glass top.
