What an incredible opportunity this past Friday at Pearl Audio to take an evening to listen through the full dCS collection, from the LINA DAC X to the Varèse.

Using the same reference amplification, Burmester 218 Power Amplifiers, Magico S5 2024 loudspeakers, with the entire system wired with Nordost Odin 2 cabling.

Mr. Mangelson demonstrated every dCS model in sequence to show how each component brings you closer to the music.

Mangelson presents attendees with the interior of a single circuit board from a Lina DAC, showcasing its ingenuity, intentionality, and overall build quality, as well as the technological ambitiousness of dCS components.

In our smaller soundroom, we paired a Lina DAC and Master Clock with Sonus faber Serafino G2 floorstanding speakers, Audio Research amplification, the LS-2 Preamplifier, and the S-200 Amplifier. The system's cables are Nordost from the Vahalla series.
