The RCA-DC-Filter is an in-line filter for RCA connections that removes DC from the signal path, so a MOON power amplifier no longer shuts down when it detects DC from a preamplifier or source.

The story
MOON power amplifiers protect loudspeakers by shutting down when they detect DC at their inputs. If a preamplifier or source passes a small DC offset, the amplifier can trip even though nothing is wrong with the music signal. The RCA-DC-Filter sits in line at the amplifier's RCA inputs and reduces or eliminates that DC, so the amplifier's power is used efficiently and reliably.
MOON recommends it only when an amplifier shuts down due to DC detection. Requires one extra set of RCA interconnects.
