FireBird XLR is a balanced analog interconnect positioned between ThunderBird and Dragon in AudioQuest’s Mythical Creatures range. Solid Perfect-Surface Silver and Perfect-Surface Copper+ conductors are arranged in a triple-balanced ZERO-Tech geometry, with dedicated paths for positive, negative and ground reference.
Direction-controlled conductors, carbon and graphene noise dissipation and a 72-volt Dielectric-Bias System work together to limit radio-frequency interference and dielectric involvement. Cold-welded silver-plated red-copper XLR contacts avoid solder at the connection. FireBird is well suited to revealing balanced systems that benefit from a quieter background, precise placement and unforced dynamic expression.
