N50 Reference Music Server

The Aurender N50 is a reference-level digital music server built in three separate chassis for server processing, power supply and audio output. The architecture physically isolates noise-producing functions from the sensitive digital output stage, while OCXO clocking, extensive AC and DC filtering and dedicated toroidal transformers address timing and power integrity. Outputs include isolated USB, AES/EBU and optional I2S interface modules, alongside isolated network connections.

The N50 is intended for digital systems in which the server itself is treated as a reference component. Its modular architecture, external master-clock capability and unusually comprehensive isolation are designed to preserve signal integrity before conversion ever reaches the DAC. It retains Aurender’s familiar Conductor interface and streaming support, but its engineering emphasis is squarely on reducing noise and jitter at the source.
