The Aurender N30SA is a two-chassis network transport that separates processing and storage functions from the digital audio output stage. This physical and electrical isolation is paired with OCXO-controlled SPDIF and AES/EBU outputs, isolated USB Audio, a linear power architecture and a supercapacitor UPS. Internal storage is supplemented by a user-accessible drive bay, while cache-based playback keeps active audio data away from the main library drives.
The N30SA is designed for systems built around a reference external DAC and is Aurender’s more established dual-chassis transport architecture. Its range of digital outputs, external master-clock input and careful separation of noisy computing functions make it particularly suitable for DACs that benefit from AES/EBU, coaxial or clock-synchronized operation rather than USB alone.
