The Aurender N20 is a dedicated high-performance music server and digital transport for use with an external DAC. It provides isolated USB Audio together with coaxial, BNC, optical and AES/EBU digital outputs, with the SPDIF and AES/EBU section governed by a precision OCXO clock. Two user-installable storage bays, cache-based playback and a supercapacitor UPS support both local libraries and network streaming.
The N20 occupies the center of Aurender’s transport range and is especially useful when a system needs more than USB alone. Its external master-clock input allows further synchronization in compatible digital systems, while the 8.8-inch color display provides clear album and playback information.
