ThunderBird XLR is the copper-based balanced interconnect in AudioQuest’s Mythical Creatures range. Solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ conductors are arranged in a triple-balanced ZERO-Tech geometry to maintain separate positive, negative and ground-reference paths while reducing dielectric interaction.
Carbon and graphene noise dissipation, direction-controlled conductors and a 72-volt Dielectric-Bias System address radio-frequency noise across a wide bandwidth. Cold-welded silver-plated red-copper XLR contacts avoid solder in the signal path.
