The CL-38uC is a full-function tube preamplifier with the proportions and tactile controls of classic Luxman components. Its SRPP line stage uses 12AU7 valves, while a tube phono section and built-in moving-coil transformers support both MM and MC cartridges.
Four line inputs, balanced input and output, tape monitoring, tone controls and a motorized volume control make the CL-38uC unusually complete. It is a natural partner for the MQ-88uC, but its quiet operation and flexible connectivity allow it to anchor a wide range of tube or solid-state systems.
